Don’t miss out! On both days, Dale Tilbrook from Maalinup Aboriginal Garllery will take along herbs and spices for people to try and taste. There will be herbs, spices, jams and chutney to buy. Also on both days, Araluen Hagen from 14K Brewery treats us with tastings before we can buy her latest creations of shrubs and healthy soft drinks. On Saturday, from 11am to 4pm, Concetta Sultan, Nuts&Stuff, will be doing cooking demonstrations of Sicilian peasant-style dishes and some Gluten Free treats. On Sunday, with Vincenzo Velletri, Il Paiolo Catering and Slow Food Convivium Leader, we will be giving tastings of goat cheese from Local Goat in Gingin with sandalwood nuts and Tasmanian pepper, Mottainai lamb spezzatino from Lancelin and cooking demonstration of Risotto with black barley from New Norcia with Asparagus from Snail of Approval Wootra Farm in Bindoon.
