Traditional Sicilian Cannelloni con Carne e Carote
(Stuffed Cannelloni with local grass-fed beef, pork, and carrot)
WORKSHOP 2: with Vincenzo Velletri (1pm)
1 ½ hour workshop
Traditional Farinata con lupini:
Focaccia bread made with local lupin flour Saltimbocca alla Romana
Traditional Roman dish with local grass-fed beef Girello, prosciutto, and sage, finished with white wine sauce
