Spring Sunset Dinner

Join us on October the 4th for a long table dinner, a showcase of Italian, Croatian and Indigenous Cuisine, while enjoying a romantic spring sunset in the Swan Valley. Hosted by the Swan Valley and Eastern Regions Slow Food, in collaboration with Il Paiolo Catering, Maalinup Gallery and Garbin Estate Wines, you will have the opportunity to experience the food culture of the Swan Valley in the beautiful surrounding of Priory Park Equestrian. See here below the delicious menu: Appetiser Sardine in Scapece Dough dumplings with baccala’ and cauliflower (dried cod) Goat cheese balls with Tasmanian pepper berry and Sandalwood nuts Surprise indigenous dish Entrée Casarecce pasta with Asparagus, Fresh Peas, Carrots, Celery, Onion and Rosemary Main Lamb and Pork on the Spit Coleslaw Artichokes with Silverbeet Bush Potato, Carrots, Desert Lime and Apple Salad Dessert Quandong Dessert Ricotta and Strawberries Baskets You will be able to purchase wine from Garbin Estate Wines during the night.
