Sausage Workshop & lunch

FINALLY OUR EVENTS ARE BACK!We are returning with a very wintery and cozy event! Learn the art of sausage making with our Convivium leader and Chef from Il Paiolo Catering Vincenzo Velletri Join us on the 9th of August at the Gidgegannup Hall for a hands-on workshop where we will be using the whole pig from Toutikian Biodynamic Organics Farm in Morangup. We will also be serving a delicious warm lunch where you will get to try the sausages straight away. Every participant will have the chance to make their own sausages and take some home at the end of the day! Cost: $65 for Slow Food Members – $75 for non Members Limited to 25 participants max. You will need to bring your own chopping board and knife. Arrive from 9:15am for a 9:30am start. All tickets have already been sold.
