Sausage Making Workshop

The Sausage Making Workshop is back

Learn the art of sausage making with our Convivium leader and Chef from Il Paiolo Catering Vincenzo Velletri

When

Sunday, 31st of July – from 9:45 – for a 10am start – to 2pm.

Where

We will be at the Guildford Town Hall 97-99 St James St, Guildford WA 6055.

How it works

Vincenzo will walk us through the history behind sausage making and his personal culinary traditions and recipes. Together with Vincenzo, we will then prepare the meat and fill the skins of the sausages.

Once completed this step, we will enjoy a warm and traditional lunch as follows:

  • Bread and olives
  • Polenta with sausage meat and with pork ragout (two different dishes) topped with parmesan
  • Tea and coffee

At the end of the day, every participant will be able to take home a share of the sausages that we made. Please bring your own container to put the sausages in to take home.

Prices

$70 for Swan Valley and Eastern Regions Slow Food members

$80 for non-members

*You will need to bring your own chopping board, knife and container for sausages to take home.
