Pasta making workshop

Pasta Making Workshop ** TICKETS SALE CLOSED ** Email us for any further enquiries. The workshop will be a hands-on experience where you can make your own pasta. We will be making fresh pasta with and without eggs. We will also go through the different ways of making filled pasta like ravioli. We will then enjoy lunch by cooking up a feast using the pasta just made. We will have two different options for sauces and both are Vegetarian options. When 17th October – 9.45am for 10am start until 2pm. Where We will be at the Gidgegannup Hall at 2171 Old Toodyay Road, Gidgegannup Showgrounds, Gidgegannup 6083. How the day is structured Arrive at 9.45am – register and welcome tea and coffee. 10am – introduction to pasta making and to the structure of the day. We will be working in little groups and starting with a hands-on activity on how to make fresh pasta, both with and without eggs and looking at different shapes and fillings. 1pm – Lunch will be served, pasta in two sauces (both vegetarian). What to bring We have a limited number of pasta machines available so, if you have one, you are welcome to bring your own  Tickets $35 members $45 non-members
